Documents the account merging mechanics added in serverpod/serverpod#4752: what a merge moves, the
applicationMergeHandleronaccountMergeConfig, andAccountMerger.merge.Only the
IdentityProvider.mergeAuthUsersoverride was documented so far, on the custom provider page, which the new section now links to.
