地区優勝とワイルドカード進出の確定を順位表に表示

概要

• SportsDataIO の ClinchedDivision と ClinchedWildCard を順位データに取り込み、確定したチームの勝敗の後に地区順位では 🏆、ワイルドカード順位では ✅ を表示します。
• フラグが false・null・欠落の場合は確定表示を付けません。ワイルドカードの --- は従来どおり暫定圏内と圏外の境目です。
• README に表示の意味を追記しました。

動作確認

• dotnet build MlbBot.sln --no-restore -m:1 -p:UseSharedCompilation=false：成功
• dotnet test MlbBot.sln --no-restore -m:1 -p:UseSharedCompilation=false：237件成功、実投稿を伴う手動テスト1件は既定どおりSkip
• dotnet format MlbBot.sln --no-restore と --verify-no-changes：成功
• dotnet run --project TwitterMlbBot -- --dry-run：成功。SportsDataIO の確定フラグと MLB公式順位表の表示も照合済み
• ステージ対象6ファイルに対する gitleaks・git-secrets と git diff --check：成功
