Validate the PR evidence gate with technical and cross-functional users

Problem

GitPin's PR evidence gate is technically validated, but usefulness and comprehension are not yet user-validated across roles.

Why it matters

Passing automation does not prove that technical and cross-functional users can install the required check, understand a failed evidence report, and correct the workflow safely.

Acceptance

• Observe at least one technical and one cross-functional user using approved synthetic repositories.
• Measure setup completion, time to first passing evidence check, correct source attribution, and unsafe-assumption rate.
• Record where users get stuck: installation, manifest authoring, report comprehension, or remediation.
• Convert repeated friction into one bounded follow-up issue with evidence.
