A factory-safety-sign style counter showing how many days it has been since Claude had an incident-free day.
Live at: https://solrevdev.com/hasclaudehadagoodday/
A single static index.html with no dependencies and no build step. On load it
calls the public Atlassian Statuspage JSON API that backs status.claude.com:
GET /api/v2/incidents.json?page=N— incident list with created/resolved timestampsGET /api/v2/summary.json— current status and component health
The API sends Access-Control-Allow-Origin: *, so the counting happens entirely
in the visitor's browser. Results are cached in localStorage so a future API
outage shows stale data instead of a sad error (with an appropriate joke).
A day counts as "good" only if no incident was live at any point during it (UTC) — an incident that opens at 23:57 and closes at 00:27 ruins both days. Unresolved incidents keep ruining days until they are resolved. The streak walks backwards from yesterday, fetching more pages of history only if needed.
