Changes

  • introduce multi-tree for tire root computation
  • use blake2_simd instead of blake2 for blake2
  • use BTreeMap for in our MemoryDb for sorting
  • bumps ark-vrf to 0.21 & support batch verification
  • fixes & cleanup for GP conformance in runtime
