docs(site): 文档站首页与 README 加入公众号二维码

改动

• 文档站首页（中英文）末尾新增「社区」一节：GitHub Issues、Discussions、Telegram、QQ 群，以及公众号「六月水蓝」的二维码。二维码用 firlab 主题新增的 QrCode 组件显示（feat(site): 页脚与 pt-tools 文档站加入公众号二维码 firlab#21）。
• 中英文 README 的社区列表加入公众号与二维码。
• 二维码图片放在 docs/public/community/，README 与文档站共用；firlab 的同步脚本已把 community 加入同步目录。

验证

• make docs-check 通过；改动的 4 个 Markdown 文件 oxfmt 检查通过。
• 用 firlab#21 的同步脚本同步本分支：同步检查通过，子站 pnpm build 与 check-dist.sh 通过；浏览器实测深色主题下「社区」一节显示正常，二维码 160×160、白底，图注「微信扫码关注」。

Document QrCode in the component allowlist

Adding this tag without updating docs/README.md leaves the repository's authoritative maintenance guide contradictory: its “可用组件” section says pages may use only the listed components, but lines 105–114 do not include QrCode. Future documentation contributors following that guide will incorrectly treat this now-supported component as invalid, so add QrCode and its accepted attributes to the documented allowlist.
