What this project does
This project generates polished, branded Comparative Market Analysis documents for real estate agents using subject-property and comparable-property data.
It includes a FastAPI backend, React frontend, reusable HTML templates, fixture-based sample generation, and backend tests.
SuperDocs integration
The application uses SuperDocs to process the HTML-based CMA template, apply the generated property analysis, and export the finished document as a PDF, DOCX, or HTML file.
