Knowledge 14.0.2 requires Eval 0.175. This restores Eval 0.174 compatibility while retaining 0.175 support under the peer range
>=0.174.0 <0.176.0, released as 14.0.3. Development uses Eval 0.175; CI verifies clean packed consumers against both versions. Runtime examples now use the maintained package root import.The source change has passed Linux CI and official optimizers. Local packed lifecycle checks passed against both Eval versions, including portable declarations, five public imports, CLI version and re-pack. Final CI reruns the integrated release commit. The intentionally Linux-only exact candidate workflows were verified by Linux CI.
