The learning audit still described Runtime publication as pending after the repaired packages became available.
Record the final CI results, released source identities, registry archive comparisons, and fresh installed-package behavior for Eval, Knowledge, Runtime, and Bench.
The report separates Linux and macOS test coverage, conditional skips, and implementation verification from unmeasured learning capability.
It retains the initial failed attempts and missing historical logs.
Validation: documentation freshness and Git checks passed; all 23 report hashes and proof references resolve.
The Runtime and Bench registry archives match their verified CI archives, and fresh consumer checks passed.
