Patch release carrying #1105, #1106, and #1107.
#1107 preserves terminal provider failures: a managed child whose provider reports an error or a failed status now settles as failed instead of
done, and incomplete token receipts stay unknown.Why now
discovery-lab's recursive smoke r1 (2026-09-06) recorded three cloud children that failed authentication as
done.Runtime 0.195.0 was published at 05:55Z, before #1107 merged at 18:25Z, so no release contains the fix.
The next smoke (r2) needs a published Runtime with #1107 before its results can be read.
Verification
