Minor documentation change to avoid confusion between WHILE and "while"
- Minor code changes. - Make new unit tests consistent with old ones. - Add some more unit tests.
Use VariableMatch that's anyway needed in different finders to avoid unnecessary decoration and undecoration. Code gets a bit simpler and there ought to be small performance benefits as well. This was done as part of investigating #5644. Some type hinting as well.
Most importantly, avoid using somewhat expensive `variable_not_found` in cases where the error message it produces would anyway be ignored. Part of #5644.
Decorating only actual recommendations is faster than decorating all candidates because there are lot less variables to decorate. This is related to enhancements for resolving variables (#5644). After earlier changes this code is run only when variables aren't actually found, so performance benefits are only seen in error situations.
Better error if Convert To Title Case is used with an invalid regexp pattern. Fixes #5648.

Use `object` in typing when we actually accept any object.
Most importantly, fix handling `KeywordName`. Fixes #5655.

Better to have it after similar RestParser and close to their common base class. Part of #5603.

Also enhance docs of the `Tags.robot` method.
Use local variables instead of global ones except in cases where same
variables are used by multiple related tests. This allows using simple
and short names like `@{list}` and `&{dict}`. Global variables need to
be unique or otherwise examples cannot be easily executed, and that had
required names to be long like `@{ITEM_ASSIGNMENT_1}`.

Earlier setup could left code to inconsistent state if linting failed.
Implementation and tests done. TODO: - Change standard library docs using admonitions to use new syntax. - Update documentation. - Update styles. Part of #5304.
Also remove outdated info about differences with Robot format.
Update the User Guide docs and add related API docs. Part of #5304.

- typo fix (didn't know purplish is a word) - make type checker happy
No severe issues were found. In some cases changes required updating tests.
Ruff 0.16 enabled a lot of new rules and this commit disables some of them. This configuration along with fixes in the previuos commit make code, tests and docs compatible with Ruff 0.16 and 0.15. Earlier versions don't work, because they don't recognize all of the disabled rules.
- `danger` -> `caution` - New styles to `important` Part (hopefully the final part) of #5304.
Libdoc code and tests is nowadays under `src/web`. This stuff has most likely just been forgotten.

- Better way to run tests with Python 3.15 that's still in pre-release phase. - lxml ought to now support Python 3.15. Don't exclude tests that need it. - Don't run tests on Windows with Python 3.8. At least lxml doesn't seem to be available there anymore. Need to test this combination locally as long as we support Python 3.8 (which hopefully isn't long).
New attempt to avoid runnign tests with Python 3.8 on Windows.
Apparently lxml isn't available for 3.15 yet.

1. Have dummy objects for everything imported from `markdown`. 2. Use Markdown with standard type docs only when the library uses Markdown as the doc format. Otherwise use the Robot format. Part of #5304.
