.github/workflows/latest-release.yml, which calls the shared timbermods workflow. When a release becomes GitHub's Latest, it:<!-- latest -->to the new version;Pre-releases, drafts and older releases change nothing. CLAUDE.md notes it. You can see what it would do with Actions → Latest release → Run workflow; it's a dry run by default.
