Hi! My name is Mitch. I've written a lot of code and had a lot of ideas.
- I started learning web development in 2019 to help out with the experimental social network sweet.sh, created by @lowercasename
- One of our collaborators on Sweet, @wlonk, also has a site called wheretofind.me, which I ended up contributing to as well
- While working as a research assistant at Kent State University, I contributed to the NSF-funded project srcDiff. I also created a JS/WASM port of the parent project srcML, which I can go over on request. I got that job after contributing a fix to the sibling project iTrace
- My second job at Kent State was working for HacKSU; I started out writing and presenting tutorials on stuff like web development fundamentals, React, and mobile app development using Flutter
- I've also made smaller contributions to knex, Vendure, and Supabase to fix issues that were blocking me or the team I was working with
