Adds
try migrate [dir]to move an existing experiment directory into the tries root, with a confirmation dialog(editable date-prefixed target name), worktree-aware moves, and a warning when the source sits inside a git repo.
Verified on MRI and Spinel-native (414/414 specs each, outputs identical).
