Classical LAMinate theory for the lightweight design of structures and systems in PYthon
classical lamination theory - matlab
Aircraft structural analysis from first principles in Python/NumPy: stress transformation, beam theory, a hand-built finite element solver, buckling, composite laminate analysis (CLT, Tsai-Wu) and fatigue life (S-N, rainflow, Miner). Validated against closed-form solutions, Kaw's examples and MIL-HDBK-5J/17 data.
These codes are a contribution to the scientific community and can be used to predict the mechanical properties of composites.
MATLAB GDQ reproduction of Shu (1996) laminated conical shell vibration benchmarks.
