11-channel wideband FM decoder on a PYNQ-Z2 FPGA. Streams a 2.4 MS/s I/Q capture through an HLS-generated PL pipeline (NCO mixer, channel FIR, CORDIC FM discriminator, audio FIR) to decode 11 mono 30 kS/s PCM channels in 27.0 s for a 60 s capture, right at the ~20 MB/s sequential read limit of the microSD card, at 70.1 J.
Decodes analogue FPV video from HackRF IQ, sweeps the 5.8 GHz band for energy above the noise floor, auto-selects a channel, and alerts with band + channel + frequency.
SDR-based FM RDS decoding lab using RTL-SDR and Python DSP: FM demodulation, 57 kHz RDS extraction, BPSK recovery, RDS block validation, PI/PS decoding, and RadioText reconstruction.
