Update Dramar (Mounted) and Yorri special rules

Summary

• Dramar Thungnisson (Mounted) — Master of the Goats is replaced by two named rules:
  • For the Hold! — when attached to a unit, if that unit has moved into contact with an enemy unit this turn you can re-roll one unsuccessful attack each round of combat.
  • Ironbreaker's Resolve — one shooting hit on the unit is ignored each turn after saves, including magic hits in the Shooting phase (same text as his foot version).
• Yorri Thungnisson — Leading the Outcasts removed; This Will be the One unchanged. Bonus attacks stay at +2.
• Added .wrangler/ to .gitignore (local dev server state).

Test plan

• npm test — 265 passed, including the card-layout test that checks every unit's rules fit on a printed card (Dramar's two rules pass).
• tsc -b clean.
• Verified in the dev server: Dramar (Mounted) shows both rule headings, Yorri shows only "This Will be the One".
