• Capture live verified-public discovery + inline execute/render evidence for App-Refs kit core.normalize-participants (Loop WF1); refresh Cursor/Claude configs and board/docs off the Blocked wait.
• Keep fail-closed posture: no expedition happy path; Mode B remains Future on #1242.
