• Accept ADR-0069 / Decision 81: keep service_type single-role; compose Stateful + events at workflow (#1291).
• Record Decision 82: promote #1341 and #1242 to Ready; demand-gate Deferred Stateful/IndexedDB follow-ups; leave umbrellas and #884 out of Ready.
