What

Bump crate version to 0.4.3.

crates.io still serves 0.4.1. Git tag `v0.4.2` exists but was never published to crates.io or GitHub Releases. This patch includes maintenance since then: orb setup, historical-search exposure skip, Hermes DB path validation, OpenClaw EPIPE handling, and bulk dense retrieval-target lookup.

Validation

• `cargo fmt --check`
• `cargo clippy --all-targets --all-features -- -D warnings`
• `cargo test --all-features` (150 + 13 + 5)
• `python3 plugins/hermes/test_plugin.py`
• `bun test` in plugins/openclaw (18 pass)

After merge: tag `v0.4.3`, GitHub release, `cargo publish`.
