VentureWiki Venture Template

This repository contains the canonical template used to generate new venture plans on VentureWiki.

Structure

• .venturewiki/plan-template.yaml — The complete plan template with instructions for every field
• .venturewiki/ai-prompt.md — System prompt used by Gemini Pro to generate venture plans

How It Works

1. A user describes their venture idea in natural language
2. Gemini Pro reads plan-template.yaml to understand the structure and field instructions
3. The AI generates a complete, structured plan filling every field using ai-prompt.md as system guidance
4. The plan is saved as a new GitHub repo in the venturewiki org

Updating the Template

Changes to this template affect all future ventures. To update:

1. Edit plan-template.yaml or ai-prompt.md
2. Commit to main — the VentureWiki app reads the latest version at generation time
