Aligns the CLI purchase journey with the paid checkout contract. Annual offers never advertise trials, Stripe trial upgrades open the full-price conversion route, checkout responses require attempt IDs, and success is shown only after the expected paid or trial entitlement is observed.\n\nValidation:\n- 18 focused checkout/purchase-flow tests pass\n- CLI build and smoke pass\n- global typecheck is already failing on main in unrelated modules
