Moves the pin off the upscale_layers branch and onto master, which squashed that work into a single commit, so the pin no longer points at a side branch. Brings in the internal-upscaling work: libserum now produces the extra- resolution plane itself when a colorization asks for one, and never downscales. Serum_GetScalingAlgorithm() reports the authored choice -- Scale2x by default, line doubling when selected -- which DMD::SerumThread already adopts for its own display scaling so in-frame and display scaling agree. Also fixes an inverted fallback allocation: for original 32p content with only 64p requested plus fallback, libserum allocated the 64p output plane while fallback rendering needed frame32. Not reachable today because every caller here requests both planes, but it becomes load-bearing as soon as a caller requests the single plane that matches its panel. libframeutil is unchanged at ef52fb8, which is what libserum 29ac636 pins and what its ScalingAlgorithm static_asserts are locked to.
Picks up the libframeutil pin fix: 50da457 had a libserum SHA in LIBFRAMEUTIL_SHA, so staging silently produced a tree with no libframeutil in it.
