libserum now produces the extra-resolution plane itself and never downscales, so a colorization whose content is 32p is upscaled inside libserum when a 64p plane is requested. Nothing changes on this side: libdmdutil already asks Serum for the plane sizes its outputs need, and its own scaling stays where it belongs, on VNI and monochrome frames. libserum's CMake now refuses to configure without FrameUtil.h, which it stages itself from the libframeutil revision it pins, so run its dependency fetch before configuring it. The libzedmd bump is required, not incidental: faa1dbb fixes its LIBFRAMEUTIL_SHA, which held a libserum SHA. The archive 404s, and because neither curl's status nor tar's exit code is checked, staging quietly continued with no libframeutil present -- which is exactly what libserum's new CMake check then trips over.
