Removes the W&B nav chrome from 4 screenshots in images/data_vis. Artifact version-tree panels are deliberately kept (content, not nav). Originals preserved as <name>_scOLD.<ext>; HTML review reports in images/cropper-reports_scOLD/. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

images/data_vis. The artifact version-tree panels that many of these screenshots lead with are deliberately kept — they are content, not navigation.Each original is preserved next to its cropped version as
<name>_scOLD.<ext>, which powers the review reports below and GitHub's own image diff.Review
