fix: show firewall rule state on list command

Addresses #52

firewall list command now shows the state of the rule.

note

The API list endpoint returns firewall objects without a status field. Instead, the status and other additional fields (tags, traffictype, destcidrlist) are included within a nested _original object that duplicates the main firewall object.
