P2 Badge Synchronize the current content-state records

This changes the documented baseline to 62 guides, but the same status file's Content row still says 61 and points to README/editorial status; those documents, plus the canonical source-of-truth and single project-state handoff, still report 61. After this guide is merged, agents and maintainers will receive contradictory current-state facts, so update the current records to include article #62 (while leaving explicitly historical snapshots unchanged).

Added a separate High-Value Trending homepage feed using eBay Browse API Best Match across multiple high-intent shopping themes. The feed requires a minimum USD price of $500 and fixed-price listings, preserves eBay ordering within each query, and fails closed without Browse API access. It is independent from the primary catalog and Most Wanted feed.
