This changes the documented baseline to 62 guides, but the same status file's Content row still says 61 and points to README/editorial status; those documents, plus the canonical source-of-truth and single project-state handoff, still report 61. After this guide is merged, agents and maintainers will receive contradictory current-state facts, so update the current records to include article #62 (while leaving explicitly historical snapshots unchanged).
