Assembly: hover an item to craft to see its properties

Requested for 0.4.2: in Assembly/crafting, hovering a recipe or an item you can craft should show the full properties of the resulting item: stats, bonuses and slot/module info, the same card the hangar shows for an owned item.

Done in 0.4.2. In Assembly, hovering a recipe's picture or name shows the same card as in your hangar: stats, bonuses and weight for equipment and boosters, and the specifications of a ship. Items in the Production Queue show it too. Assemble is also greyed out, with the reason, for a ship you already own or already have in the queue.
