Document the current scanner, focus and letter owners, their APIs/commands, and the manual dev/main update procedure. List the focus config, character JSON and letter config files to copy while each server is stopped, with dev verification before main. Update consumer dependency guidance.
There are no migration tools or automatic-import instructions. Operational documentation lives in Docs; source READMEs retain short feature summaries and canonical documentation links.
Validation: five documentation tests passed; 728 local links/anchors across 193 Markdown pages and project navigation passed; strict CoreProtect MkDocs build passed. Paper integration checks are documented for the server update and have not been run as part of these PRs.
Coordinated PRs
TLibs 2.1.0 and RPCharacters 2.1.0 are published with verified release artifacts. No server deployment has been performed.
