This pull request removes the isBuggyAGP helper function and its usage within the DependencyUpdatesTask configuration in build.gradle.kts. This workaround was previously used to filter out buggy Android Gradle Plugin versions (<= 9.3.1). There are no review comments, and I have no feedback to provide.
