The docs check fails for real: docs/skills/pxe-netboot.md frontmatter is missing the required metadata.type/metadata.status block per docs-checks.py's schema (later PRs in this batch fixed this). Also stale/conflicting: this predates main's already-merged PXE-export code (mergeable_state dirty). See #27's review for the full PXE-PR overlap picture (#22/#25/#26/#27) — recommend closing this one as superseded.

Adds standalone PXE kernel/initrd exports, opt-in network DDI fetch with checksum validation and target disk selection, and PXE operator documentation.
