Add hydrogen CCGT CHP

Context

The hydrogen CCGT CHP is an upcoming technology that we want to include in the ETM.

Implemented changes

Sliders

• Add a slider for the total capacity of the hydrogen ccgt chp.
• Add sliders for electricity efficiency and heat efficiency of the hydrogen ccgt chp.
• Add sliders for the shares of ht and mt.
• Update the sliders of the investment costs and O&M costs.

Create the necessary labels or update existing files for the following graphs and tables. (Listed below as named in the frontend.)

Graphs

• District heating (ht) production per hour
• Supply and demand of heat from local CHPs
• Electricity production per hour
• District heating supply and demand
• Merit order capacities and marginal costs

Tables

• Properties of combined heat and power (CHP) plants
• Merit order table
• Economic viability of electricity production technologies

The hourly demand of hydrogen from the two technologies still need to be added to the "Hydrogen demand per hour" chart (hydrogen_demand.yml):

Can you add the link to the NSAs of the HT technology to nodes_download_source.yml? This ensures that when users click on the ? next to the capacity slider (or efficiency slider), click on Technical and financial properties, they have the option to download the NSA. See for example here how this is done for the hydrogen CCGT:

This works with the specified related_node in the supply_electricity_renewable_hydrogen_plants.yml file. Since we can only show one technology, we can just show the HT one.
