Add hydrogen CCGT CHP

Context

The hydrogen CCGT CHP is an upcoming technology that we want to include in the ETM.

Implemented changes

Sliders

• Add nodes and edges for hydrogen ccgt chp, for ht and for mt.
• Add nodes for electricity efficiency and heat efficiency of the hydrogen ccgt chp.
• Add nodes for the shares of ht and mt.
• Add nodes for the total capacity of the hydrogen ccgt chp.

Mechanical turk

Everything looks good for merging, but I just want to check something with @mabijkerk. The same efficiency is assumed as for the network gas CCGT CHP. This value is however dataset value, so therefore the hydrogen CCGT CHP also uses the dataset value.

Instead, we could also just apply a hard-coded efficiency on the nodes using the typical reported efficiencies for the network gas variant from a certain data source. @mabijkerk do you think the approach of using the dataset value efficiency for the network gas variant is ok? Or should we apply hard-coded values on the nodes.
