feat(release): Push git tag to remote before publishing release

Description

I've implemented a change to ensure that the Git tag created locally during the release process is pushed to the remote repository before attempting to publish the release on GitHub. This addresses an issue where GitHub would silently create an "untagged" release if it hadn't seen the tag, instead of attaching the release to the intended tag.
