• Add fixture-only lifecycle catalog/scenario for the shared meeting-notes.process 1.3.2 pin: per-app advance (meeting-notes → 1.4.0-fixture) vs remain (loop), plus migrate / continue_pinning deprecation responses.
• Ship scripts/ci/two_app_reuse_lifecycle.sh (happy path exit 0; --case unsupported-deprecated-only fail-closed) with checked-in evidence and CI wiring.
• Document explicit non-claims in docs/two-app-reuse-contract.md / ADR 0006 / AGENTS.md: not production release-train; not BundleEmbedder host proof.
