Add build option in tbots.py interactive cli

Description of the task

Sometimes we want to build targets without running them to test whether the code compiles. Add a "build" option in the page "What would you like to do". This should allow user to fuzzy find a target and build it. Remember to add flags for build platforms.

Acceptance criteria

• "Build" option in tbots.py interactive cli
• Test for cases of single target, directoy, multiple targets... etc
